Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced (dill or sweet)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  • 1/4 cup homemade Big Mac sauce (recipe below)

  • 1 medium tomato, sliced (optional)

  • 1/4 small onion, diced (optional)

Homemade Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp mustard

  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

  • Prepare the Lettuce:
While the beef is cooking, chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  • Make the Big Mac Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, pickle relish, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

  • Assemble the Bowl:
Layer the chopped lettuce in a bowl. Top with the cooked beef, pickles, shredded cheese (if using), sliced tomato, and diced onions (if using).

  • Drizzle with Sauce:
Drizzle the homemade Big Mac sauce over the top of your bowl. Toss gently to combine and enjoy!
